It works well showing numbers on a monthly basis but when figuring commissions when on a yearly plan paid out monthly it gets confusing because there are changes during the year on where you are... … Shows monthly sales numbers Calculates commissions shows history has yearly payout info.

The price you pay for a TAM is much cheaper than trying to pay a full time employee to handle all of the configurations. … However, I believe as a compensation professional this is the direction in which our field is heading so it is worth the investment.

If you have multiple people on the same basic plan with variables this works well, however, for the odd 1 person the effort to create that bespoke may not be worth it.
