HubSpot CRM is best in class for sales guidance
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Our consulting firm switched to HubSpot CRM several years ago, after using a competitor’s product. I was skeptical of “the latest thing”, but after a bit of training and experience, I found it a great improvement over our previous product. It captures the entire customer sales path brilliantly, is highly responsive in both the app and the online portal, gives me a quick read on my prospects and their place in our sales process, and VERY helpfully, reminds me of some administrivia that I have overlooked I have a full book of business most every year and could not function nearly as well without it.

Cons
- sometimes the search requirements seem off target
Likelihood to Recommend
searching for prospects in targeted zones is very helpful, as is searching the larger sales database of prospects (c.350,000) for useful leads
