Great program pricing year 1, year 2 is OK, but worried about year 3 pricing however still better than Salsa pricing.

I was unaware that premium support was an available add on but I probably would not have purchased it anyway as the base cost of the platform is quite expensive. … We had been using Benchmark for emails but had only utilized the free version and we're needing to begin paying the $35 a month for upgraded services.

It's definitely worth what we pay, but some newer nonprofits might have trouble working that in a budget. … Sending it out to 1800 people and receiving an average of $5,000 in donations each time covers the cost of the program in one newsletter.
