I was looking for a testing platform with all the features that I needed in order to deliver tests to my students. I run an online course and need practice tests for my students to use to train for standardized tests that they are preparing for. I loved that Test Invite is a pay per use platform, so that I could scale my needs with them according to my business. I needed a platform that would include all the different question types on my tests (multiple choice, open answer, selecting multiple options) and have the features that I needed (timed exams, full score report, etc). Test Invite was the only platform I found that met all of my needs.

I think it's a really great platform for any organization with testing needs. In my opinion, the platform is super user friendly and intuitive. In my experience, the team is supportive and invested in their clients' success.

We use the placement tests in our marketing efforts to increase brand awareness about our company and enable prospective customers to enter the sales funnel. Furthermore, we use the completed tests by analyzing the results of each student to fully understand their current needs and how our service needs to be tailored to them. We select the appropriate level for a course offering and ensure that our teachers are provided with preliminary information about the student before they enter the virtual classroom for the first time. We also provide the analysis to the students and parents as a way to gain extremely valuable insights into their language level as well as strengths and weaknesses.

In our field, it is imperative to understand the oral language skills of potential students. For language testing, Test Invite really allows the school to reliably collect, analyze and report on essential data needed from students. There are some usability issues with the platform, however, Test Invite has been working diligently to improve on these areas and add additional functionality.

Very supportive, evolved quickly, had a markedly more advanced experience with them from the first year we collaborated to the second as they were very open to suggestions and agile in making improvements according to our feedback. Very patient with our constant contacting and extremely congenial when handling challenging situations. As mentioned in the suggested improvements, a more modernized look and feel to the user interface would add much value to the experience.
