Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I've found Skyvia in 2022 and it fix a big problem for a client request to connect an Oracle database from his warehouse to a website to show the same inventory in both and update it instantly, when an article was not available in the warehouse inventory. It worked perfectly and from that day until today I will always recommend it to all my clients for the reasonable price and efficient service.

If there's something they can improve could be cheaper prices for LaTam

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our retreat center registration system is able to generate invoices and payments into csv files. Using Skyvia we are able to import these into QuickBooks Online. Tried several alternatives like Transaction Pro, SaasAnt, Business Importer. None of these have the flexibility or capabilities that Skyvia provides, like lookups, customs formulas. Tech support has been very good in providing solutions when hitting a brick wall.

Pros

Mapping of columns
Ability to use custom functions, lookups
Good documentation with examples
Error logs are fairly detailed, pinpointing error rows involved

Cons

Processing time could be better.
Occassionally an import job finishes, but it still shows as running

Likelihood to Recommend

If you need to do some data analysis, using the Export module you can quickly extract desired data. It's a pretty good 'Integration for dummies' system, no need for a highly skilled IT specialist required.

We have to sync the data between Quickbooks and Google Sheets. Specifically, when a new sale comes in, we need to create a new row on Google Sheets that has all the data, including the "class filter".

Pros

It's useful for even not trained staff with all the sources available.
The data management is perfect here, and we can do it on schedule.

Cons

The number of connectors is cool enough, but increasing it would be great.

Everything about data management. I think Skyvia here is a perfect choice.

We need to generate/consume data files using STP, perform data ETL, set up automated deliveries, and interact with REST API (JSON) web services with 2-way SSL Certificates. We need to export HubSpot data and load it securely to SFTP server securely.

Skyvia is a good choice for syncing data from an on-premises ERP system to Salesforce CRM. The best here is the system's simplicity. It allows easy import of all data types into Salesforce. We also use it for data mapping between the ERP system and Salesforce and scheduling the sync process.

Pros

Data accuracy and update in time.
Ability to load and synchronise Salesforce data with multiple structured sources.
The ability to load Salesforce contacts or leads to marketing solutions automatically.
Export Salesforce data to CSV.

Cons

Maybe a bit of expansion on the connectors would be a good idea.

Likelihood to Recommend

Skyvia is pretty good in synchronising data between cloud applications and relational databases in both directions. This feature is helpful in real-time data updating and maintaining data integrity across different platforms.

We were in need of an ETL tool to efficiently import data from various SaaS solutions utilized in our back office. Our objective was to seamlessly load operational data into our data warehouse for in-depth analysis. Skyvia, offered at a competitive price, proved to be exceptionally effective for the task at hand. The fact that we seldom encounter issues while using the tool speaks volumes about the excellent quality of its data imports.

Transferring raw image files from Salesforce to the FTP server. Previously, manual download from Salesforce, saving them on computer, then re-upload to the FTP again. Not very exciting I’d say! This tedious process made me look for some innovative technologies. I found Skyvia and set up the Salesforce-FTP data transfer quickly.

Works rather fast
Simplicity in the user interface and all the terms are real clear

Cons

Getting email notifications on the data transfer completion is something I really need

We use Skyvia as a perfect solution for data replication from Salesforce to SQL server with further integration to Power BI and for data ingestion from multiple sources.

Pros

Skyvia gives the ability to synchronise data in real-time: each data performance in Salesforce (adding, editing, and deleting) is automatically updated in SQL Server and ready for analysis in Power BI.
The platform supports accurate and consistent data migration and replication across all systems.

Cons

It would be great to increase the number of connectors to call to the decentralised API.

Skyvia is a good choice for data backup and restoration. Automatic daily and manual cloud-to-cloud SaaS backups ensure that our data is securely backed up and can be easily restored when needed. The search for backup functionality helps to find and restore specific records quickly.

In our company, when we send an order to a customer, we refer to courier service for that. They are responsible for providing tracking numbers and delivering goods to customer doors, but we need to track end-to-end communication with a customer and make sure they are satisfied with the service. So once the tracking number of a shipment is known, we get this info on our SQL server.Instead of manually adding the tracking number to the customer’s account on Shopify, we decided to automate the process. By properly configuring the data integration from the SQL server to the Shopify website with Skyvia, the tracking number is automatically transferred to the customer account and generates an automatic email notification sent to the customer’s email box.

Their customer success managers and support are phenomenal. We used Skyvia to ETL asset metadata from legacy data stores to the cloud. Skyvia and its support system was instrumental to our success. Would recommend to others. I know I can depend on them for any data migration, transformation, or integration needs I have in the future.
