We needed to get some insights into our customer's user experience on our redesigned website. SessionCam allowed us to see what wasn't working on the site and helped us figure out why as well as what changes we needed to make. Without SessionCam, we would have had to rely just on whatever feedback customers would have been willing to provide.

It can give you valuable insights regarding the flow of the user's movements on the site, and where the user might hit a dead end. Its reporting capabilities might not be powerful enough for more complex situations.
