I use it daily for reputation management for all of our clients to respond to their Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other source reviews. It helps all of our clients improve their reputation in the light of the customers. I also use the software for LLO (Local Listing Optimization), which enables our clients to have accurate Google listings to make them easier to find.

ReviewTrackers works excellently when you're a marketing firm that has a large number of clients who you market for. The app is very easy to use and lets you view reviews for all of your clients under one umbrella. It works in almost every scenario, and I haven't found a situation where it was useless.
