Rebrandly is easy to use and super handy!

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Rebrandly for secondary, specific uses, like our customer support URL that redirects to our contact form (rather than a subdomain like support.mywebsite.com or a sub folder like mywebsite.com/support). I like that it's shorter and easier to remember: domain.help

I also use it as a direct sales calendar link that forwards dirctly to my Calendly like: domain.connect

Pros

  • Very simple interface
  • Great reports showing traffic and link clicks
  • Robust integration of tons of other applications
  • Auto-generation of QR code for each link
  • Ability to create workspaces and add teammates

Cons

  • I honestly can't think of anything that could be done better

Likelihood to Recommend

Rebrandly is really great for directing people to specific links, like sales, customer support, etc... and auto-generates a QR code for each link, as well as tracks scans and click-throughs. Of course, all of this can be done manually, but Rebrandly makes it super simple!

Rebrandly makes it easy to create short branded links

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Rebrandly was an easy way for us to create custom, branded short links for various URLs such as blog posts, specific pages, and more. A short link makes it easy to remember, but having it also matching the brand makes it much more professional. We used Rebrandly primarily for affiliate links and other links we regularly share with clients.

Pros

  • Shortlinks
  • Link redirects
  • Branded redirect links

Cons

  • More tracking information
  • Could improve main dashboard UI some
  • More or better tutorials and how to docs

Likelihood to Recommend

Perfect for a company that has a long link (or many) they often share, but want a shortened version that is easy to remember, or even shorter for sharing on social media, such as Twitter. Rebrandly is also a great solution to track link clicks for ads, email/social media marketing campaigns or SEO in general.

Simplest way to build brand awareness & trust

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our customers tend to trust links that contain our brand name and service and this is why we are using Rebrandly in the marketing department to build, distribute, and manage branded links. Perhaps the foremost reason why we use these branded links is to help us market our business because they are easily pronounceable, memorable, and completely customizable.

Pros

  • Every link turns into a marketing opportunity attracting the trust of potential customers.
  • Modify or delete links from one central dashboard at any time.
  • Monitoring with great precision which links are performing well.

Cons

  • A custom builder is not fully available yet so we are not able to query our data with extreme detail.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is possible to retain control over links made using Rebrandly, as it allows for editing or deletion of links. Branded links boost the brand awareness of your company with every link you share.

A great URL shortener for small businesses and big alike. But be ready for a domain authorization process

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Rebrandly to help create a more customized experience for my customers. When someone receives a document or a link with your domain on it, it feels more trustworthy and legitimate. Rebrandly was a great way to do that and can be done for free if you don't need very many links per month.

Pros

  • Subdomain and domain level links.
  • Easy creation of new links.
  • Straightforward directions on how to use it.

Cons

  • Needs direct API integrations for various domain providers.
  • Clearly instructions for places like square space.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think for small businesses Rebrandly provides an efficient way to create lots of links. I don't see a lot of the bonus uses for adding more users or multiple domains, but I'm sure for other businesses that could be useful. Overall it provides value for exactly what I need it for, sending along drive links to customers.

Good value for money

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used Rebrandly to track marketing campaigns on different channels : email, LinkedIn Inmails mainly.

My objective was to track email marketing campaigns on different targets and be able to track LinkedIn outreach campaigns in a unique environment.

Pros

  • Great user interface
  • Analyse statistics & track the link clicks
  • Create QR codes for offline activities

Cons

  • No translation to my native language
  • The default domain name "rebrand.ly" is rather long
  • Create a custom QR code

Likelihood to Recommend

Rebrandly is perfect for multichannel campaigns, and track multiple targets. You can for example track online and offline campaigns. It is so easy to use, way more cost-effective than Bitly and lets me quickly take a look at link analytics. It saves a lot of time for sharing via social share as well.

Best one for short-links

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Rebrandly to create custom short links for distribution. We are able to create nice links that don't look like jumbled text. We are able to track the link analytics and take important marketing decisions. It has made it easier for us to distribute links across various platforms - such as our own social media and other partnerships.

Pros

  • Shortening the links
  • Create custom URLs
  • Provide Link Analytics

Cons

  • limited geographical analytics
  • it's all good and very helpful, can't expect more

Likelihood to Recommend

If you would like to dedicate a subdomain for a particular type of audience or campaign - a smart way of shortening links and wow factor is that for the free-tier itself there are 500+ links allowed - which is huge! Recommended for running outbound campaigns where subdomain won't mess up your data.

Turn ordinary links into 24x7 workhorses

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Rebrandly helps to make our URLs more professional and friendly. We created easily recognizable, consistent branding in all our messaging. We use Rebrandly to shorten URLs for social media, email signatures, brochures, and marketing material. With the added benefit of analytics, we can easily tell which links are performing better and gain better insight into our customers' desires and intentions.

Pros

  • Create shortened links from any page using the Chrome extension
  • Detailed, user-friendly analytics
  • Customer domain names

Cons

  • Custom domains come at a premium price
  • Custom domain renewal prices tend to creep up over the years

Likelihood to Recommend

If you need to create a lot of professional-quality shortened URLs and easily track those, Rebrandly is a great fit. Either manually adding links via the web interface, through the browser extension or even the API for large volumes. The pricing plans are flexible to suit most situations. And the interface has been refined over the years so it's crisp, smooth, fast and intuitive. Rebrandly cares about the little details, down to the redirection speed when a user clicks on my link. Rebrandly should be an essential tool in every internet marketer's kit.

Rebrandly empowered my work!

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Rebrandly is an excellent tool for organizing URLs. Sharing long links it's not something doable or practical, so the tool is of great value. I share links by SMS (CRM Integrated) and sometimes 'clicking or touching' the link is blocked by the mobile. If the link is too long, users just don't care for it... But with shorter links, users are mostly like to type on the browser and check the content of SMS. I recommend it.

Pros

  • URL shortening
  • URL personalization
  • URL tracking

Cons

  • Dashboard

Likelihood to Recommend

Campaigns are much easier to be followed using Rebrandly. I like it. Personalizing and tracking links are not a hassle anymore, the tool has changed my mind... I don't think there are scenarios for not using it, unless, maybe, it's for personal use...

Get the flexibility you're looking for your url

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were looking for a tool to help us administrate urls we use with our marketing partners. That's why Rebrandly catched our attention : this is a simple way for us to configure our shortened urls without asking for changes to our marketing partners that would imply less flexibility for us.

Pros

  • Renaming of shortened urls
  • Administrate all your urls in one place
  • Configuring shortened urls quickly

Cons

  • Analytics dashboard
  • Integration with marketing campaigns operating tools

Likelihood to Recommend

If your goal is to simplify your url management processes or if you want to gain flexibility in deploying or testing new navigation paths through your marketing campaigns then Rebrandly can give you strong improvements in that it centralizes url management in one single place once your campaign has been set up and launched.
