Prior to adopting Quixy, the team used to receive used service requests via different modes such as emails, chat support, telephone whatsapp etc. Tracking and assigning these services requests to the concerned personnel was the issue of the past. Quixy helped us in automating this process, the platform has made our lives easy by tracking the requests online and assigning it to the concerned personnel.
