Our company really enjoys the fact that with ProofHub

environment! It is also worth noting that it is possible to regulate access to

important for us, as it is a quick solution to issues, tasks, structuring

We tried to implement ProofHub for our Marketing and Communication departments to centralize all incoming requests, event calendars and asset production. We were hoping to replace our current platform and save some money while maintaining our same functionality and services. We needed it to provide request forms for clients, project management, and a proof review/approval process.

For small teams or a freelancer needing to receive work via forms and submit assets for simple yes/no approvals, it may be a great fit. It was just too lacking in the forms and proofing department for what we needed. There was also a lot of workarounds we were going to have to implement to try and achieve our desired workflow.
