Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use for planning holidays, soring personal files, onboarding. Would like to use for tracking overtime but, in my experience, the system doesn't work
Pros
- easy to store documents
- issuing documents to sign
- logbooks are useful
Cons
- In my opinion, customer service is shocking
- In my experience, glitches constantly particularly holiday all the time
- In my experience, time and attendance still not functioning after 3 years!
- In my experience, renewals breaching terms and conditions
- In my experience, the documents/mail merge system constantly fails with formatting, glitching or just not working

can you put 0 (no, oh well note it's 0!!)
agreed price fix,
in my experience, increased without consent breaching T'&C's,
in my opinion, communication poor, verging on ignorant.
In my experience, Tech support is slow and they ask the same questions over and over (I'm sure to drag it out because they aren't looking at your case.
In my experience, Holiday randomly goes wrong and unless you do checks you won't notice until an upset employee raises it ( this has happened multiple times)
