  • For real-time or tier 0 and tier 1 applications where 99.999% availability is needed GoldenGate is the best solution.
  • For tier 2 and above applications, Oracle Data Guard is a good... … We need to pay for additionals licenses for GoldenGate but for Data Guard we don't have to pay for and additional license.”
