Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use Next GEN as a provider to access health records, reviewing patients’ labs, charting, ordering tests, referrals, and in any aspect of a patient’s care. I am really unsure as to what this question means by asking what business problems the product addresses. My company, Next GEN, is used in multiple ways, including billing, registration, Next GEN AI, and more.
Pros
- Ease of being able to chart with templates.
- The RX system is particularly well easy to access and to send medication’s.
Cons
- Some templates seem to have issues that have not been resolved.
- With the new update, I feel it doesn’t function as well as the previous one, and it's harder to access and find things, or navigate.
Likelihood to Recommend
Overall, I have used Next GEN since 2012. The system just keeps getting better. I would recommend that any provider be able to use it. That’s just a wonderful charting system that is easy to use and has an accurate record.
