I use Navattic in my organization to have demos of our features. These are often used in our Academy and ad-hoc calls with clients to help them have a safe place to be guided into creating feature adoption.<div><span style="font-size: 1rem;">

Pros

  • Eye to detail on the visuals used whether modals, tool tips, different type of steps.
  • Voice over! Very good introduction
  • Easy to use, a plug and play kind of deal which I love

Cons

  • Allow a Demo to have a sound track of some sort that contemplates all steps.
  • Allow a quick canvas creation, which sometimes is helpfull / needed with minimal editions (text or images).

Easy step by step guides for any product or feature tour

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our marketing team uses Navattic to help with Product Tours or Feature Tours. It's like an easy quick guide vs having to share a support doc with a a customer or prospect. It shows how easy it is to do something vs having to read a heavy dev doc. Definitely gets more positive feedback from customers that are visual learners that need a quick "How To" video

Pros

  • Personalized paths based on what you're looking for in the tour
  • Checklists for self guided onboarding
  • Easy to edit copy and customize modal sizes
  • Easy to upload images
  • AI Summarized/Assisted guides that save time

Cons

  • Although I like the AI summarizations that highlight and add text in the proper steps, it still needs a human to review
  • Some features are hidden within another click like the next/back button or the beacons/highlights. Popular features shouldn't require too many additional clicks to get to.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for post follow up demos, tours, pitches. Can also help be a good substitute instead of free trials because customers can click and follow various platform guides you create. Sales and CSMs share these out often especially for sharing new feature updates.

Great tool for interactive demos

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Like many SAAS tools, our product sells itself better when someone can experience it on their own. Navattic is helping us bridge the gap between leads and our sales team by giving them a taste of what the product can do for them. It has increased our conversion rate to live demo compared to instances when we don't use the interactive demos.

Pros

  • The Navattic team is phenomenal to work with. They have been instrumental in helping us get set up and confident in the tool
  • Navattic is easy to use and pretty intuitive. The new AI features are cool as well
  • The tool is really easy to integrate with Hubspot, so we have excellent tracking and data at our fingertips

Cons

  • I wish we had better ways to organize/segment demos within the product but that is feedback that we've given to the Navattic team and our CAM has been able to provide suggestions on how to best work within any limitations for the time being.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think Navattic is great for any Saas company - it makes it that much easier to allow prospects to experience your offering without commitment or sales convos. If you also offer multiple types of products or have different ICPs, building custom interactive demos helps clarify what you offer and who it is built for.

Best tool for BDR outreach

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Been using the Navattic tool for over an year and it has helped us a lot to find who are the interested prospects as they have a sneak peak of the demo platform which is made through Navattic. Navattic tells us how long was the viewing session, which flows the prospect spent more time on, this resulted us to focus on the key areas where I can tailor my messaging to generate the meeting. Kudos to their platform.

Pros

  • Visibility of the prospects activity in the demo platform
  • Time duration of the session
  • Easy integration with slack to quickly see if there are any hot leads

Cons

  • I personally felt the tool has it all

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited for people where there are startegic and named accounts and it's tough to catch hold of all of them at one place. This tool when added to a automated sequence can do wonders. I just put a Navattic link in the email cadence and get a track of who's doing what with the link.

Great easy platform

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have a recruiting platform and Navattic allows prospects to see how it works before committing.

Pros

  • Records the screens
  • allows people to walk through platform
  • no risk to prospects

Cons

  • The opening screen you have to exit the demo
  • Easier reporting
  • not sure about a third

Likelihood to Recommend

Where you want to share how the platform works easily and record and share live walk through. It wouldn’t be great if you don’t want to give away proprietary information without someone having signed an nda in advance though. Probably best suited for sass platforms or companies that have high traffic online, or those with expensive memberships.

Great interactive Demo software

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Navattic to offer interactive demos of our software. We're able to give our audience a sample of the capabilities in a controlled setting before they engage with our sales team. We have several steps as part of a walk through and users can go as deep as they want before or after they contact us.

Pros

  • The capturing process is really easy.
  • The editing tool is very user friendly
  • The walkthrough is flexible and customizable.

Cons

  • Reporting can be better
  • The integration into hubspot, specifically with forms anywhere but the beginning of a demo.

Likelihood to Recommend

Any company that is looking for a well built tool to build and tailor interactive demos should consider Navattic. They do what a lot of the other companies do but better and often for less of a budget commitment. Everyone will have unique needs, but I would recommend considering Navattic.

Easy to build and launch effective product tours

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Product tours and explainers embeddable into our webpages for marketing. Navattic makes it super easy to build and customize self-guided products that increase conversion and explain what we do in a self-service way. The product tours embed well into our webpage and provide a seamless taste of the product without the commitment of a full trial signup, driving trial conversion once users see what we can do.

Pros

  • Embedded product tour
  • Easy to use builder
  • Customization

Cons

  • Analytics and tracking

Likelihood to Recommend

When we launched our new product, building a new product tour in Navattic was a breeze and made it easy to feature a sample of the product on our new landing page. It helped us control how we explain and guide users through the product even before they first actually start a trial.

Great for product

Rating: 7 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it for demos and for taking captures of certain screens of my software that I then use to edit when building product features or potential features. I love the ability to change details in the screenshot that match the font, color, and size of whatever it is I'm editing.

Pros

  • Editing
  • Screen capture
  • Flows

Cons

  • Going back on edits
  • Losing all progress if clicking out
  • Not being able to screen capture on Safari

Likelihood to Recommend

I work in sales and product at my company, and I'm able to use Navattic in both areas. For sales, I love the ease of use when building and sharing demos, and then on the product side, I like being able to take screenshots of certain screens in my software that I can then edit for new features.
