The free plan is a bit limited compared to some tools that seem more generous with their free plan or are entirely free. … Mindmeister has a good free plan compared with Lucidchart, and better Google Drive integration in my opinion.

They could change the way it alerts us to upgrade our plan, since it’s too intrusive If you’re using the free plan, you’re able to create only 3 documents Could have better annotation system.

The free plan is pretty limited on features so it does not fully represent what the tool can do. … We were not able to take LucidChart for a full test drive due to the limited free plan so we opted for MindMeister in the end as it seemed to have what we needed, which it did.
