Let's say that if you want to request budget and approve a budget you do not have the capacity for sufficient information at the moment to justify the purchase, why are there concepts only... … If we have our own applications created by our internal development departments, and the implementation has been somewhat more expensive, that is why we must review the documentation more thoroughly...
