“ROI: very affordable with great results Open rates: doubles email marketing. … But if you compare this tool by pricing ManyChat is way more convenient, especially if you are an early stage company that can't afford pricing models of SaaS like Intercom.”

“Also, they provide flexible pay as you go pricing plan, which is perfect for a startup like us. … First of all, unfortunately, ManyChat doesn't offer online support chat, which is frustrating primarily provided that it is not a difficult thing to have nor expensive.”
