We use Kixie as a dialer system to help our sales teams get through more leads in less time. It has proven to be a valuable tool in helping us accomplish this. We are able to easily load lists of leads in and our reps can manage those leads and the dialer system effectively.
Additionally, we upgraded our Kixie system with the ability to cycle through numbers to improve our contact rates and avoid SPAM issues. It was very helpful in solving this for us. Great tool!
Pros
Power Dialer
Managing Call Lists
Improving Contact Rates
Cons
Simpler management of lists
Likelihood to Recommend
If you have a large list of leads that need called and worked, Kixie is a great solution. It also does very well at improving contact rates and managing the frequency of calls and outbound dials. It gave us the ability to control how many calls go out and manage our reps time on the phone. Great system.
We use Kixie to support our sales team and our operations team. Kixie is our main phone system, that we utilize the IVR to direct to Sales, Marketing or Operations. Using a CRM integration with Pipedrive, we are able to monitor and log our calls, texts, and activities within our CRM.
Pros
CRM Integration (Pipedrive)
IVR Routing
Cons
Sending larger MMS
Typical VoiP issues with connectivity
Better use on cellphone
Likelihood to Recommend
If a company uses Pipedrive I will let them know the integration is good. I often have employees saying their phone isnt ringing when calls are coming in, and we are constantly needing to reset the application. It is not great for us, and we are constantly not heard by customers on our end.
Kixie is being used as our autodialer for outbound reach. We required a system that would make outbound calling easier, avoiding a lot of the manual work from copying and pasting to dial. Kixie helped go through a list of 100 leads in just a few minutes, improving our efficiency in verifying our list of leads for unavailable numbers and voicemails. With a few automations in place like text messages being sent out everytime you leave a voicemail, it makes outbound calling an easy task to get a hold of qualified leads.
Pros
Autodialing
Removing leads from list if unavailable
Transfering leads to different list if qualified
Cons
User interface, sometimes the list you are calling on the tool can glitch and not show you the info of the lead.
Integration with more CRMs like Agencyzoom
An email automation option similar to text messages.
Likelihood to Recommend
Kixie is useful for companies that require their sales reps to perform outbound calls, if reps are provided with huge list of leads they can run these numbers through Kixie to make an attempto to contact faster and clean up the list removing any unavailable phones. The tech industry is a perfect fit when trying to reach out to specific companies to offer your product or service, make sure to upload the list and customize headers seen on the UI.
We tested Kixie as an integrated dialer for our CRM. One of the issues we had with our previous dialer was its lack of ability to do voicemail drops, which ate up precious time, as we had to do voicemails manually and repeatedly for all call. Kixie solved that problem with its voice mail drop feature.
Pros
Kixie integrated well with our HubSpot CRM
Kixie provided call logs and call recordings for each call
Kixie customer support is very good and very responsive
Cons
The voicemail drops need instructions and reminders on when to click on the mail drop
The call review AI (transcription) is not too accurate
Likelihood to Recommend
Kixie integrated well with our HubSpot CRM. It was easy to make calls with just a click or two of the mouse. The automatic call logs and call recordings were great features that allowed us to review our calls without having to duplicate tasks, unlike other dialers. Kixie's call reviewer still needs a bit of work though, as the AI isn't very accurate.
Kixie is currently being used just by the sales team to record calls, and then it gets automatically input into HubSpot. We do not have any metrics on how the call needs to go, nor do we go in-depth about the social aspect of the call.
Pros
Call quality
Easy plug-in to use
Simple UI
Cons
"Power Dialer" doesn't work all the time.
Only records; doesn't give any type of analysis.
Getting your account set up correctly can be confusing.

Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.
Kixie is primarily being used by our sales and lead generation team. Our sales team was tired of manually logging outbound calls to prospective clients. Before Kixie, our process was inefficient, unorganized, and time-consuming. With Kixie, our sales team no longer needs to do any manual logging or tracking of calls, as it's all done seamlessly and automatically by Kixie. This has given our sales team more time to call and interact with potential clients.
Pros
Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.
Cons
There is a big price difference between Kixie's limited minutes and unlimited minutes calling plans. I was expecting a price increase for unlimited minutes, but I didn't expect it to be that large of an increase (almost double the price).
The minutes for the limited calling plan is set at 300 minutes a month. For my organization that makes a lot of calls, this is a very low amount, which forces us to upgrade to the unlimited calling plan.
It's easy to get started with Kixie by signing up for their free trial. However, the pricing that was advertised during the free trial period turned out to be quite different for my organization when it was actually time to purchase the service after the trial period was over.

For me, the best kind of services are the ones that you forget about because they work so well in the background. This is what Kixie does so well once it's installed; it's unobtrusive, simple, and does what it is supposed to do in the background. My sales staff no longer has to worry about tracking and logging their outbound or inbound calls because Kixie is installed on their phones and computers.
