I personally use ISL Light to give technical support to our clients. It makes helping them much easier. I just tell the client to click ISL Light that we integrated in our application and ISL Light client is ran and I can see and control their screen in order to resolve any situation that th client might have.

We recommend it as a system administrator tool; it eliminates travel and allows us to provide a quick and effective solution. We use both the AlwaysOn and ISL Light tools. The tool is integrated into our website for easy access. The client is given a code to enter on the website, and we then take control of the computer.
As well as sending invitations on demand, the facility for unattended access is godsend for less technical customers needing help (but have to get on to start with!) Connections are fast and ability to have emails sent for start and end of unattended access sessions can be helpful for billing. Slow client connections may drop but automatically reconnect, so best solution for me needs.

ISL online gives us Remote access to businesses, in a hurry or to remote to travel onsite. We used to use TeamViewer but when they jacked to price up 3 fold when COVID started in 2020 we looked elsewhere. There are a lot of remote access software offerings out there but, it seamed that they were owned or being controlled by a few of the larger owned remote access organisations.
we have been using ISLONLINE for 6 years now, we almost changed to another company when they were brought out, as the service and speed slowed down to almost dial up speed, but I gave the new company a couple of moths to sort themselves out. No it’s back to the same as before they sold the company.

When changing from dual screen 1 to dual screen 2, they could have it showing what screen you are on, I don’t seem to see that anywhere so when I click on a dual screen at the top, it’s a guess if it will be the left or right screen you are clicking on.
iPad/iPhone remote access (not just a viewer) would be great, I know apple is the problem here but, you never know there could be a work around.

I run an IT business and need to log in to my customers' computers at all times, day or night, whether they are at home or not. I can do this through ISL without being inconvenient for either of us. On top of that, the features they offer are perfect for someone who doesn't have the capital to afford options like copying files from computer to computer, updating software, or seeing just the overall system information of that computer. It is cost-effective as you can buy a package for any number of computers, so you don't have to spend a fortune on this kind of service. I highly recommend it

Since ISL is a Slovenian provider, we didn't have to think much about choosing them as a service provider. They offer exactly what we were looking for, remote computer startup, which can be segmented by users and computers. Now employees can remotely turn on their computers and fix any problems that arise without having to drive to work. We have also taken a big step towards soon bringing external support through ISL and thus having more control over who connects and for how long as part of the support services. I recommend it.
