The pricing is set by you, so if you are on a tight budget then your ad might get lost further down the list of jobs but it's out there and will come up in searches.

It may be a little expensive if you don't have a high recruitment budget because a lot of companies utilize Indeed.com, so if you aren't sponsoring your jobs, your posting may be at the bottom. … Pricing high to get jobs sponsored Monthly budgets run out and jobs get taken off website.

I think it is not really worth the money to post for general hourly roles because there are so many clicks and candidates that are just not suited for the positions. … There are usually several clicks which brings up the monthly cost but they are typically not qualified candidates.
