Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use for marketing purpose specifically, where i run campaigns under HubSpot Marketing Hub. Its advanced features has automated many manual tasks in my day to day professional life. Its CRM tool gives notifications, groups customers as per their profile to target at granular level. I can check each emails rate of conversion by looking at the open rate, click rate etc which is really helpful in deciding to take this email to lower funnel or not. The UI is also simple to understand

Cons
- While multiple price options are available, the best options are available with the expensive packages which is difficult for a small organisation to bear.
- Although the UI is simple, it doesnt provide much customisation. You can only see limited view of your campaign performance.
- AI integration is required as lot of manual work is there
Likelihood to Recommend
It works very well to track user journey. You can see when he has clicked for the first time and when he actually purchased a porduct/services. Its Marketing Hub provides a unifies view of the all the campaigns which are running live which helps alot in understanding campaign's performance. We wouldn't recommend it to use for social campaigns as its algorithms and feautres availables are not comparable with other social tools like google ads/meta ads. For social campaigns, we are using google ads/meta ads alone
