Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Tactic to reserve computer stations every shift. With this, it provides and shows us a seat plan for every time period. It is beneficial for us as it organizes and keeps the workplace tidy. It also counts how many users are logged in and the available stations as well.

Cons

  • There are times that is load slowly.
  • It only allows us to log in at a certain period of time, like an hour before the reserved time period and sometimes I am earlier than that.
  • There are some unexpected errors that we frequently encounter while using the website. It is very often, but happens more than once.

Tactic is beneficial for every company who have just enough workplace stations. Most specially if the shifts of the employees are different. It helps every employee to have a seat plan and find availability for their current shift. The map that is shown in the website is also helpful as it is very user-friendly.
