I use it for note-taking during coaching calls with my clients. The action plan feature is such a great shortcut for ensuring phone calls are effective. For my clients, the notetaking feature lets them have the shortcuts we discussed during the call, plus allows them to listen and participate in the phone call instead of missing out on notes. I chose Fireflies over other note-taking software due to customer service. I liked how quickly they responded to an email I sent during the selection process.

Fireflies is perfect for any video meeting or phone call where you want to pay attention and need to take notes at the same time. You can rest easy knowing the notes are being taken for you and will be sorted effectively. I have used it to take notes on YouTube videos; it works fine, maybe not what it's meant for, but it works fine.

We use Fireflies.ai in our company for recording our sales meetings, mainly for the transcription and the analytics it provides after the call. It's been more than 12 months of using this tool and we find it very necessary part of our decision making. We prepare reports of the sales agents based on that and it help us improve our overall sales pitch. It integrates well with Google meet and the dashboard provides all information easily.

It is suitable for all the organization where the sales or customer support team takes external calls. In fact it can also be used in the internal calles between the team. The best beneift is that it works as a personal assistant who takes the notes and provides the minutes of meetings.

We use Fireflies.ai to automate notes for virtual meetings, from internal team check-ins, and meetings with clients and build transcripts for data collection. We use it weekly and the meetings range from a few minutes to a few hours. It saves time, and there is the option to automate the sharing of meeting notes with a summary and action points with other attendees for timely follow-up.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is best-suited for virtual meetings where each attendee is signed into the meeting independently (i.e. not multiple people in a room with a shared device).

However it is less appropriate for transcription of audio recordings of in-person meetings. The accuracy goes down in this instance.

Overall I still prefer Fireflies.ai to the Zoom AI summary notes. I think it’s a bit more thorough and so even though I’ve got AI with my Zoom account, I still prefer Fireflies.ai. I would, however, like a version that I can use on my mobile phone so I can record live face-to-face meetings very quickly from my mobile phone or my laptop

Since nobody liked to volunteer as a notetaker, especially during long meetings, when everybody can lose concentration and some don't pay attention at all. Fireflies helps do not miss important stuff and even sends follow-ups to all team members.

It is a good copilot for meetings when many people are involved. When all decisions are taken, it is not enough just to pass them to the team. Fireflies helps with details, good summary, listing responsible persons, etc. If you need a copilot for sales or interviews and need analytics and recommendations on how to make your meetings better, Fireflies is not your choice.

I also use it to record information gathering sessions with clients, which is an integral piece of the product I sell. That interview and the resulting transcript are central pieces of the product.

It does the job really well. They were one of the first on the scene and have continually improved overtime. It's crazy affordable, I'm always surprised when I see the $5 monthly charge compared to other apps I pay more for and use a lot less.

fireflies.ai is a Voice as a Service (VaaS) platform that enables developers to build and deploy voice-enabled applications without the need for professional services or the burden of deploying and managing their own voice engine. Absolutely seamless to add to your calls. Basic configuration and there you go. The interface is amazing. They've almost idiot-proofed their UI.

I am using Firelies.ai to take notes during my virtual meetings. It helps me to automatically transcript all of my meetings from Google Meet and other various meeting platforms I use every day. And I'm also using Fireflies.ai to take notes during my online meetings, which is the best feature I love about this software.

If you are an individual or a small business then I think the free version of Fireflies.ai is suited for you. But if you are a big business and have online meetings on regular basis then I guess the Business plan of Fireflies.ai will be the perfect choice for you.
