EZ Texting has been great for quick and urgent messages as well as reminders. It has been more difficult to use for our events or emails where there is a lot of detail or information that needs to be shared.
Our business has a ton of new leads coming in on a regular basis, but since we're a small company it was impossible to contact and follow up with all of them. Since using EZ Texting, we've been able to follow up with leads immediately and help out so many more clients in the process. EZ Texting has helped us double our revenue while keeping a more constant communication flow with our current clients.

EZ Texting has been great for contacting multiple groups of people with different information or messages. We use it for programmatic work but there seems to be great functionality for marketing as well. The onboarding process was nice to have some of the features I didn't have time to explore before buying to be demonstrated. Overall the program is very user friendly and not overly complicated.
I work on the marketing team for a med device corporation with a significant sized sales force. We use EZ Texting to send information to our sales force to help drive them to other resources on our internal platforms and our website. It helps to eliminate the number of emails we are sending out, which often get muted and go unacknowledged.

EZ Texting is well suited for sending to mass amounts of people and budget is not necessarily a concern. If you are sending to only a few people or have a smaller budget, a different text platform or just doing it individually may be more ideal.

I use EZ Texting to be able to communicate with clients that we are typically not able to get a hold of on the phone. It is a great tool, to contact them because a lot of people now at day's do not pick up a phone number that they do not know. We are then able to either recruit them as an employee, fix their policy or get a reinstatement.

We use EZ Text for our emergency messaging system. EZ Text allows us to reach all of our employees via text quickly and simultaneously in case of an emergency. This is helpful for us so that employees don't have to check their email before coming into work and can receive the information directly on their phone. We use EZ Text only for emergencies, ex, office closures in case of bad weather, etc.
