Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use eloomi's product as a tool for internal learning and development platform. It's very customizable. We have a ton of courses within different categories, statuses. There are challenges and competitions as well as an integrated gamification. Some of the courses can issue certificates and you can even upload past certificates you have from external courses. It's also very user friendly and easy to use.

Pros

  • Gamification is very well established, easy to track
  • The platform is engaging for the users and user friendly
  • You can set skills that users from different roles need to develop and courses that help develop those as well as a measurement system of which courses need to be completed, so you can make sure you have acquired the relevant skills et. There's a cool graph displaying the progress as well.

Cons

  • Not sure, I haven't compared it to other systems, but at this point I don't see any limitations.

Likelihood to Recommend

eloomi is well suited for organizations that want to develop an internal training and learning academy and want to utilize their knowledge and experience using a well established system. Also helps to develop internal talent, keep your employees engaged and make sure they keep learning and developing their skills without needing to build everything yourself from scratch.

Great system!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use eloomi in all our companies in the Nordic countries. With eloomi we can easily handle all our LMS admin, e-Learning & digital communication. It also provides a solid structure for performance management. The system is very intuitive and easy to work with. We are very happy about choosing eloomi!

Pros

  • Very intuitive system, easy to implement, not much training needed.
  • Excellent support both for implementation and everyday work.
  • New features & functions are added gradually, making eloomi good value for money.

Cons

  • The functionality between countries, i.e. combining data from the different companies into joint reports etc., could be improved.
  • The survey function is working fine, but with multiple companies it could be improved, making it easier to make surveys inviting employees from different companies.
  • The Finnish translation could be better sometimes.

Likelihood to Recommend

Very good value for money. The system is great, the support service is great, new features are added continuously etc. We couldn't be happier!
