as sole pm of my organization, ClickUp has helped me to structure and excellently delegate tasks to my teammates, before ClickUp there really wasn't any accountability or blockers being easily identified but yes a few months of getting into ClickUp and so much in terms of work strcuture and productivity output has changed.
