Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a small team, we wanted to get started with volunteering for our young and enthusiastic workforce. Chezuba helped us do this at a super affordable cost and by allowing everyone to create social impact in the way that suits them best

I wish their reporting tools can integrate with our PowerBI so we can analyze the data better

In my opinion, Chezuba is a great fit for small companies as it allows even small companies to incorporate volunteering & giving into their culture without the hassle and too much cost. It doesn't have many problems as such, great team and a pleasant software experience

Awesome plafrom to engage employees into volunteering

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a tech company with distributed workforce. While there were volunteering opportunities that were always available, the employee participation had always been dismally low. Chezuba's personalized volunteering enabled more people to volunteer in the way they want and thus increased employee engagement. Our team had fun with the gamification piece as well

Pros

They personalize volunteering experiences based on employee's skills and interests. I literally could volunteer when I want and in the way I want, making the whole Corporate volunteering program more participating
Their customer support is top notch too

Cons

Maybe they could have more volunteering options which are team-based

Likelihood to Recommend

For companies that either want to start volunteering or have volunteering programs but are struggling with employee participation, Chezuba is a great place to start! Most of the opportunities on Chezuba are online, so companies which have employees who don't have access to computer/internet arent the best fit, I guess

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were looking for ways in which we could help employees by giving them a break from their regular jobs and having them work on something that would excite them. Through the diverse volunteering projects offered by Chezuba, we were able to excite employees to participate as this was a good break from monotony.

Diverse opportunities to choose from
Excellent customer service
Types of volunteering - from short term to long term, onsite to online, individual to team based

Cons

Their presence in Australia is relatively less compared to other regions
We hope this can integrate with more HRMS tools in the future
Grants module is still in nascent stages

When work becomes too monotonous or in case someone is looking to divert from their regular work, taking up a project where one can volunteer with a skill they haven’t used in a while can be just the thing they need to take a break and approach their work with a new perspective. This is very refreshing indeed

They have a swift communication process and reporting system.
They have a network of Nonprofits in 100+ countries

When it comes to volunteering, I think the biggest strength of Chezuba is its global scale and excellent customer service. It doesn't have many problems. Having used the platform, I very much appreicate their efforts and recommend more people to take up projects.

We were seeing a dip in morale and working

remotely disabled contact with fellow employees.

As part of our Corporate Social Responsiblity, we decided to implement

corporate volunteering. Chezuba’s best-in-tech

features made volunteering fun and brought us

closer by helping out certain causes and align with corporate values. A great platform for any company who would like to support volunteering and in-turn promote mental well-being of their employees.

Dashboard and ease of maintenance for Management team

I highly recommend using Chezuba as a virtual

volunteering platform. The platform is very easy to

use and also has features that allow you to share

source diverse and global skill-based volunteering projects our employees can

work with. Chezuba thus helps us in identifying interest areas of our employees and

find relevant projects they can work on.
