We use ChatGPT to automate multiple sales and marketing activities that were manual till now. Use case and scope includes email content for email marketing, account profiling and research on company intiiatives, excel spreadsheet analysis on data of prospects and companies and building automated charts to name a few. It helps save time and effort.

ChatGPT is well suited for any size of organization who employs manual efforts on mundane tasks that can be automated so that worker productivity can be improved and their skills can be utilised for better reasoning activities. It is less appropriate for organizations that already have invested in some sort of AI and are in a lock-in period, otherwise GPT is recommended for any type of organization.

I've created custom GPTs for our teams to use for various tasks. I also utilize the project feature to oranize various tasks and chats into groups so that I can remember and sort the tasks I've needed to accomplish.

Some of our team is using ChatGPT to create more bandwidth by automating tasks using agentic mode, or creation of assets with image generation. We are also using the codex to create and review code for our systems.

Likelihood to Recommend

ChatGPT is great for reviewing code, recommending code to get started, agentic mode for research or study, and more importantly, bouncing ideas off to generate more clarity and understanding of an idea/concept.

I specifically enjoy using voice mode to talk with agents, simulating having a conversation with someone else to gain clarity on a concept or idea, and to build confidence when presenting projects.

We use the paid Business version of ChatGPT to assist our employees in ‘safe’ AI use for their work, while being able to control the environment in which they do this.

Likelihood to Recommend

Very suited to compare data quickly (input/output, Excel sheets) in all kinds of scenarios. An example is Performance test results, together with logging and monitoring data, to correlate data.

I'm using ChatGPT for research purpose, ideas, daily reports, email drafts, project drafts, cold calling scripts, social media posts idea and much more. We also utilize ChatGPT for some pythong and C# coding.

Creating client ready proposals, marketing copies, content calendars. Content Idea is best part like creating ad copies, video ideas.

Underutilized. Mostly for emails and text correction. Translation, and idea creation. Good as a dictionary as well. There are limitations since confidentiality is important and you can't share documents or certain information with the LLM (Since they can use it to train their model). So for any data analysis or deep dive work regarding strategy, it's a no go. The other limitation is the inconsistency, a lot of hallucinations for basic tasks, and you may end up refurbishing your prompt for longer than actually doing the task. E.g. order this list in a tabular form, complete column B with explanations based on your knowledge.

Brainstorming. Having quick access to definitions and then setting up a plan of action. It's great for asking about a topic, finding relations with your current role or tasks and setting up a structured path to understanding. Generating images for presentations with graphs ir visualizations is also great, it helps greatly with presenting ideas while defining a tone. And if you are in an area were having technical and business acumen is necessary, ChatGPT can easily explain complex subjects.

I use ChatGPT many times a week. I use this for collating information and research. I also use this to review messages before I send them to grammar and spell check. I also use ChatGPT to help condense content or change context of content to suit a different audience

ChatGPT saves a lot of time in the week. Time that I would be spending reviewing large documents, ChatGPT can summarise this back for me making sure that the content delivers the message I am aiming for.

It allows for quick scraping and research across the internet from multiple sources without me having to commit large amounts of time.

Chat GPT is not useful where you want an opinion or something regarding emotion. Asking context sometimes on how a message or content from text might be received comes across a little misconstrued from chatgpt.

Whenever we face a challenge and don’t know where to begin, it’s the first place we turn to spark ideas and outline possible directions. We rely on it for both business-side planning and technical coding projects. It has become an indispensable partner for brainstorming, problem-solving, and structuring our work effectively.

I think for a newcomer into AI tools, ChatGPT is the best by far. It's just so intuitive and straight-forward to use. I would recommend it specially to business side people. For technical people (software engineers) there are better things to spend the $20 bucks, like Cursor and use Claude inside of it.

As a freelance writer, I use ChatGPT as an ideation partner, a research assistant, and a wordsmith. It has helped me trim lengthy articles, say things in a different way, provide me with options, and find the information I need. Things that use to take me 4 hours now take one or less.

It's well suited to edit and optimize a long-form, human-written article. It's not well suited to write it in its entirety. It's well suited to think of ideas and ways to say the same thing in different ways, but less well suited to actually thread them coherently in a narrative.

I use ChatGPT for writing (summarise and paraphrase content, make the content tone more professional etc), email writing (professional context driven email drafting), pdf reading (analysing pdfs and Q&As around it), using web-search and deep research capabilities of ChatGPT. The chatbot helps me with professional writing, insights generation and web & deep research functionalities. It assists me in research around technologies, markets, industry and macro-economical analysis.

Overall, It helps me improving my productivity and by providing me with first base draft of intelligent data backed reports on which i build my research insights. Additionally, because of ChatGPT my reports completion time also significantly reduced driven by precise prompting and quicker responses with the tool.

With ChatGPT, my use cases are various like researching and analysing companies, industries, markets, building newsletters etc
