I use it to send newsletters and automate emails for sales of my meditation courses. The challenges with my business are related to making sales and marketing more dynamic and less labor-intensive on my end. Brevo gives me many automation options, tracking capabilities, and excellent support when needed.

The price is good for what it offers, but it doesn't have the same reputation as ActiveCampaign; it lacks integrations with other platforms. It has good automation, and its pricing is tailored to your needs. It has a good support team, and I'm generally happy with Brevo. I wouldn't change it, except that, for example, the platforms I use for my online courses only integrate with Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign.

Es bueno el precio para lo que ofrece, pero no llega a la fama de active campaign, le faltan integraciones con otras plataformas. Tiene buena automatización y sus precios se adaptan de acuerdo a las necesidades. Tiene buen equipo de soporte, la verdad que yo estoy contenta con brevo en general, no lo cambiaría, de no ser, porque por ejemplo las plataformas que uso para mis cursos online, no tienen sino integración con mailchimp y active campaing.

We use it to send newsletters and promotions to users who have subscribed or purchased from our online store. Currently, we have the free plan, but we are considering upgrading to a higher plan. We have only run one campaign so far, and it was successful. The design is very intuitive.

I recommend and configure Brevo for multiple entrepreneurs, as their main crm to help them start organizing their clients, opportunities and build campaigns. Their free plan is key to their usage adoption, and the ease of use is one of the reasons it is my top choice for these cases.

we use Brevo as tools to conducting our email marketing campaign. we use it on daily basis by connecting it to our own email. Brevo solve our problem to fill our daily target which up to 2000 email per day, furthermore Brevo template and simple interface helps us to easily understand the tools feature.

I have to fullfill my daily target which 2000 email each day. Brevo, even with its free plan, could send at least 500 email each day, so it really usefull and helps a lot to finish the task before deadline. however, the monthly limit (for a free plan user) is still something to sorry, i mean you already had daily limit, so what is happen with that monthly limit.

I'm trying Brevo as a replacement for another service I use. I noticed that the free Brevo account offers better features and more features compared to similar services.It's a very intuitive interface. One improvement I would make is to log in with a username and password for the free accounts. This way, I can have all the free accounts independently associated with the same email address, as with Mailchimp. In any case, I prefer you guys.

Estoy probando Brevo como sustitucion de otro servicio que uso, pude percibir en la cuenta gratuita de Brevo mejores y mas herramientas comparadas con servicios similares. Es una interfase muy intuitiva, una mejora que haría es para la cuentas gratuitas poder hacer login con usuario y contraseña de esa forma todas las cuentas gratuitas las puedo tener independientes asociadas a una misma cuenta de correo electronico como ocurre con Mailchimp. De todas formas los estoy prefiriendo a ustedes.

(poder segun la situacion cambiar de cuenta gratuita a cuenta paga porque a veces se dan situaciones que se requieren mandar muchos mails pero no ocurre todos los meses)

We use Brevo to help with emailing from WordPress site and also for a standalone email newsletter that is sent twice monthly.

The first was very important. We had to substitute web host contact forms and email for a reliable solution and Brevo was inexpensive and reliable. There are even free price plans available for a low volume of transaction emails (contact forms, etc.)

Pros

Once configured, it simply works. Every single time.
There are robust analytics and tracking of individual emails even on free plans.
You can buy extra credits for overages instead of having to upgrade your plan.

Cons

Onboarding can be a bit tricky. As with most WordPress additions, different plugins will have different configurations. Don't expect to install and just click activate.
Online support is highly technical. Email is its own beast and even good digital may not know more than the basics.
The reporting is strangely not intuitive or even very end-user friendly even with the robust data being tracked.
Composing in their editor can sometimes sync differently. Just like a video game, it's helpful to save often despite the autosave.

Likelihood to Recommend

I wanted to pull a publication from MailChimp and park it elsewhere. Brevo was a bit of a pain to set up, but after I invested the onboarding time, it's been a cost-effective way to produce this newsletter. I would encourage someone to build in the time with both templates and editor. After that, using Brevo is as easy as using other services.
