I use Book Like a Boss to make it easy for my clients to book meetings with me. Gets rid of the hassle of writing back and forth about availabilities. Client can see when I am available and just choose a slot that fits with his calendar perfectly. Very nice design of the selection page.

Can be used to schedule meetings with clients. Meetings can either be free or you can charge for them. Given that it is a tool to schedule meetings, I can't think of any scenario where it would not be appropriate.
