Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We hire approximately 250 rotating seasonal staff every year with about a 30% retention rate as these are high school and college-age applicants. We've decided it was worth our while to invest in our need to improve our process of collecting, pre-qualifying, and centralizing our applications as we have a very small full-time staff pool.

Pros

  • Collecting applications systematically in an easy to sort fashion.
  • Eliminating the need for rigorous reading to pre-qualify potential hires.
  • Centralizing our applications so that multiple interviewers can work together.

Cons

  • Some area for improvement on providing feedback to certain outside job boards
  • There seems to be no perfect solution to spam but Beehire gets close
  • Would be nice to be able to integrate this hiring software with our existing HR management software for onboarding

Any organization with high turnover (regardless of the reason) or expanding operations could save countless managerial manhours with Beehire. It really simplifies the hiring process and takes a tremendous amount of minuscule tasks out of the equation for you. Operations with under 50 employees or with very low turnover would probably not benefit from this as much, though it is still a great tool when you have multiple hiring managers, especially if they are not co-located.
