Embedded Dashboard - Must read this

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the Slingshot for our outward facing customer dashboard and internal metric tracking. It was so easy to set up and required very little development time. Our customers now have access to real-time data to track our services and more importantly, our account management team can see real-time results.

Cons

  • Once it is set up it's a bit cumbersome to tweak some of the canned reports.
  • Change colors in theme.
  • Secure log in during testing.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you need to have a visual front end for anything that is not hard to set up then this is the product to use. It does require someone with some coding knowledge but if you don't [have that] I am sure support can help as needed. The 2-factor authentication is great once we went live.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Avero to track our daily, weekly, monthly & yearly sales. We also use the server tool to keep track of server check averages and tip%. We set up the system to send us daily reports to help save time with logging into the system. The daily logbook is a great tool to communicate with managers and back office staff.

  • Standarizing fiscal periods, Would like to see standard 13 4 week periods
  • Being able to calculate overtime instead of relying on the POS system

Likelihood to Recommend

If you have multiple locations, Avero can bring all your reporting into one place.

Not sure it is worth it if you have one store and are not looking to get deep dive reporting.
